As those working in a busy clinic will understand, when a massage table needed replacing, it needs to be done in a hurry - with as little disruption to clients as possible. I was recently in this position when another therapist put me onto ABCO. I gave them a call around 3pm in the afternoon, and around 9.30am the following morning my table was delivered. Throughout the course of the day I felt that a small modification would assist me in getting the most out of the table. I was asked when I had some time for them to make a courtesy call, I mentioned that I only had the next hour and a half free... within 45 mins a technician was on hand and made the alteration to the table I wanted!
