For over 40 years, we've followed a well-defined and proven process to ensure every ABCO product is a success. In our experience at ABCO, products flourish when they're built well, supported well and designed to solve the problems people need solved.
One
Customers can select from one of our many available products or talk to us about their specific needs.
Two
Following engineering and 3D CAD design, rigorous testing and approvals have been carried out on prototypes prior to them being marketed and sold to consumers.
Three
Locally sourced ferrous and non-ferrous metals go through precision processes prior to a 3 stage Dulux Powder coating to protect them for a lifetime.
Four
Our assembly department skilfully build our products using the highest quality electrics, lubricants and fasteners all torqued and tested to specification.
Five
The inhouse upholstery team hand-make each product to the highest of industry standard with quality Dunlop foams and Studio brand medical grade fabrics, layered on top of CNC machined solid ply base.
Six
A final test and inspection from our quality control team is carefully carried out prior to it being wrapped, packaged and shipped on sensitive freight carriers to our Australian and international customers.
