   Your Reformer will usually be delivered shrink-wrapped on a disposable wooden pallet.
   Unpack your Reformer after checking for any transit damage.
   Familiarise yourself with your Reformer by reading the enclosed User Instructions.
   Position your Reformer where you will be using it and assemble and install the pulley system.
   Your Reformer is now ready for use.
