ABCO Health Care Pty Ltd [ABCO] will issue an order acknowledgement form to confirm the details of your order.
If ABCO does not receive a written amendment within five  days, this is the product specification that will be supplied.
Where a non-standard item is ordered, no cancellation will be accepted after production starts.
You are responsible for determining the fitness of the product ordered for your application.
ABCO has a policy of continuous improvement. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
Products are covered by a five year warranty against defective parts or manufacture from the date of supply.
This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of any parts and the decision to repair and/or replace will be solely at the discretion of ABCO. Such works will be carried out at ABCO’s premises on receipt of the product from the customer freight prepaid.
This warranty shall be valid only if the ABCO serial number label is on the product.
This warranty does not extend to bind or obligate ABCO to pay any consequential damage or expenditure caused as a result of any defect in the goods, save as set out in this clause.
All goods are supplied on an ex-works basis.
Payment in full is required on or before the date of invoice and before despatch.
For non-standard products, a deposit of 50% of the purchase price may be required with your order.
Risk in the goods passes on date of invoice.
Ownership of the goods remains with ABCO until payment in full (including associated charges) is received in cleared funds.
Returns and Claims
No claims recognised after 7 days from delivery of goods.
Any returns only after authorisation by ABCO.
All returns at your expense with packaging as new and subject to a 15% restocking fee
This contract is subject to the laws of the State of Victoria.
